1 on 1 Personal Training

As a certified Personal Trainer i can help to direct your workout regimen and provide motivation during difficult times ensuring that your technique and form is correct. I am knowledgeable in the exercises and activities that will help to achieve your fitness goals. 

Pre, During and Postpartum Coach

Not only am I a Fitness & Health Professional, I am also a Mother to two beautiful girls, Liyanah born in 2012 and Ayannah born in 2019.

Pregnant women who follow a fitness regime devised by me will notice several benefits, including: 

Improved blood circulation for both mom and baby.

Reduction in leg cramps, swelling, blood pooling and water retention.

Less muscular and gastro-intestinal discomfort.

Reduction of lower back pain.

Offset of postural imbalances, such as lordosis (curvature of the lower spine) and kyphosis (rounded upper back), which can occur in pregnancy.

I have been exercising throughout both my pregancies and kept a healthy diet throughout. I Didn't suffer with morning sickness or any other pregnancy complications. With Ayannah I exercised right until the day of delivery. Liyanah was born at 4.8kg and Ayannah 4.4kg. Both deliveries were natural birth and I did not take Epidural for either one. I'm a breastfeeding mom and believe in good nutrition. I know what it is like and I know how to keep you strong, healthy, positive and ready for birth and I'll be with you throughout a speedy recovery and postpartum Body Transformation.
